My name is Ron Horsley, and I’m a writer.

You phrase it that plainly, it almost sounds like some sort of admission you make standing up in a church meeting hall with lots of people nervously drinking coffee and greeting you in unison after you’ve

said it.

I live in Columbus, Ohio where I was born and raised.  I’ve briefly resided in Las Vegas, Nevada, where I trained as a graphic designer (my “day job”) and where I discovered a deep and abiding love for living in Ohio again.

My wife and I own five cats, own no children (ours or purchased).  I write primarily speculative fiction (also known often as ‘genre’ fiction, your horror/fantasy/scifi crowd you make fun of when you see us at conventions).

You can check my Bibliography for more details about my professional work, or check out some of the other websites where I showcase my professional graphic design work.  And for some reason a few years back, a well-meaning fan created a Wikipedia page about me, though since then it seems it’s my job to have to keep checking it for vandalism/inaccuracies (I guess I should say…”thanks?”).
